I would start an organic vegetable garden?
What plants do you think would do well in temperate climates such as Atlanta, GA?
I suppose you mean vegetables. Tomatoes, corn, beans, peppers, okra, beets, salsify, squash, cucumbers, pumpkins, melons and onions all have the heat, while they have enough water (one inch or more per week). lettuce, cabbage, cabbage, cauliflower, peas, spinach, beets and onions can be planted in the fall.
